At 01GT.de, we operate without stock: all our products are made to order, specifically for each order.

When placing an order, it is your responsibility to carefully check your selection (size, color, model) before confirming, as each product is individually made according to your specifications.

In accordance with Article 16 of European Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, personalized products or those made to the customer's specifications are not eligible for the right of withdrawal and therefore cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, including in the case of an incorrect size or color selection by the customer, except in the following case:

• Error on our part (defective product, not matching the order, or manufacturing error): in this case, you have 14 days after receipt to contact us, and we will offer you a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

How to report an issue?
Contact our customer service, including your name, order date, and a description of the issue, ideally with photos.

Please note

• Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
• Processing a refund may take up to 12 business days.
• This policy applies without prejudice to your legal rights as a consumer (conformity guarantee, hidden defects).
